Minutes of the Western Wayne Junior Wildcats

Present: Mike Aviles, Heather Hess, Jeannie Boots, Mike Pritchyk, Michelle Griffin,

Diana Pritchyk, Tim Hess, Angela Wilson, Tim Boots,

Executive Board Members Present: Tammy Hess

Absent: Veronica Pope and Diane Vanleuven

Absent: Bob Hess and Patricia Infante

Mike calls meeting to order 6:50 PM

Reading of the Minutes: Tim H. makes a motion to accept October 5th minutes. Jeannie

2nds and all were in favor.

Treasurer Report: Tim H. makes a motion to accept treasurer's report. Angela 2nds

and all were in favor.

Football Coordinator: N/R

Cheerleading Coordinator: N/R

Equipment Manager.: PPK at lPM-all bring a covered dish- Keep the

November 3'o and 4tn equipment handing dates. Discussed painting helmets-

to match the varsity --no charge for change of color to go gold. Jeannie makes

a motion to "go gold" and Tim B. 2nds all in favor

Public Relations: Check was paid to Homestead for the website.

Concession Stand Manager: N/R

Fund-Raising Coordinator: 1 parent/family not paid for lottery tickets-no

trophy. The "youngest" child will pull the ticket for limo drawing at PPK.

Apparel Stand Manager: N/R

Other Busrness:

Banquet Committee: There were 4 "special awards" last year-discussion was

held to not have any, drop one etc. A decision was agreed upon that there

would be 3 -Offensive Player, Defensive Player and Most Improved for

Football. Most Spirited, Most Leadership and Most Improved for

Cheerleading. Coaches, players and cheerleaders are free. There was a motion

made by Tim H. and Mike A. 2"d to require presence at the banquet to receive

award-All were NOT in favor. Roll Call vote resulted in 3 for and 4 oppose.

Yearbook Committee: Jeannie showed a sample

Cheerleading Committee: Report is ongoing.

New Business:

Letters were read from Melissa from the WSF about the Cheerleading

Competition and a Letter from Bob regarding the playoff game.

Court Date for "B" book-Nov. 1O-Ed has the day off to go with Jeannie.

Adjourned: Motion made by Tim B. at7:45 and Angela 2nds. All in favor
